The versatility of our self-emptying tank and the great experience accumulated in the design, enables us to ensure that in any of the applications: such as collection "lung", maceration of white or rosé and fermentation of red wines, the bleeding and emptying efficiencies reached with any variety of grape and proportion of stemming, make it ideal for all kinds of preparation and Wineries.

Within a wide range of capacities,between 15,000 and 100,000 litres, we make self-emptying tanks in all their varieties depending on the manipulation desired by the Winery for unloading pulp:
- Gravity, for side unloading with flat, sloping bottom and by central unloading by means of board with conical bottom.
- Mechanized, by automatic unloading with extractor shovel and side output through sliding gate, optionally electric, pneumatic or hydraulic operation.

The execution of four, "CONAL" cooling sleeves has shown that the high transmission coefficients reached and the low head loss together with the excellent design, provide your Winery with a considerable financial improvement.

Constructively we have taken special care respect to the robustness and sealing safety of the sliding gate, the dimensioning of drives in any of the versions, the balanced design of the grating and outer bleeding collector and especially the pulp extractor mechanism.
